We are so confident that you will be satisfied with our products that we offer you an exchange or store credit satisfaction guarantee for the quality of our goods for orders placed through our Divine Energy Collection web site.

If you are not happy with the quality of our product, we will credit or exchange to you the purchase price of the product, provided we are notified and the product returned to us is in its original condition together with the invoice and packaging within 14 days of receipt by you.

This guarantee is for your satisfaction with the quality of our product. It does not apply if you have changed your mind or your circumstances have changed and you no longer require the product. We will not refund the shipping cost that will have been incurred.

Please note that the satisfaction guarantee will be voided if you request your product to be engraved with a personalized message. Such engraving will void the satisfaction guarantee.

Divine Energy Collection reserves the right to refuse to offer exchange or credit the price of the product if the returned product is not in its original new and unused condition; or if it is not returned within 14 days of receipt by the customer.

Original new and unused condition means that there are no missing parts, damage to any part of the product, scratches, marks or any wear whatsoever. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used or scratched. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser and the purchaser will be charged for the full purchase price, any shipping incurred in delivering the product to the customer in the first instance and for the return of the product.

The customer will pay and be responsible for all shipping costs for the return of the product to us. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any shipping costs. Once we receive the returned product we will contact you to discuss a store credit or exchange.

If you wish to return an item for store credit or exchange, please ensure that you contact us first by e-mail so that we can confirm whether you can return. Please note that for international customers the return instructions are important to minimize your return delivery fees.
